How do I update my contact details?
Simply login to your BOOM account, go to "Account Information" section under “Account Settings”, and tap “Update Contact Details”. You can then review and update your contact details in our record.
You can also submit the completed Change of Communication Details form to us by email, mail or fax.
How do I review and update my personal information?
Simply login to your BOOM account, go to "Account Information" section under “Account Settings”, and tap “Client Profile”. You can then review and update your personal information in our record.
You can also submit the completed Client Information Form (for Individual / Joint Account) / (for Corporate Account) to us by email, mail or fax.
Why am I asked to update or confirm my profile?
It is our regulatory duty to ensure client's information with us is up to date. If you receive a request from us to update your profile details, simply login to your BOOM account, go to "Account Information" section under “Account Settings”, and tap “Client Profile”. You can then review and update your personal information. If there is no change to the information, please click confirm at the end of the last page so that your profile will be indicated as “up-to-date".
Please understand we may not be able to provide you with certain services if some or all your profile information is outdated. It is especially important to ensure all contact details are current and your official ID or passport in our record is still valid.
