- Submit your application and supporting documents via BOOM App or by mail
What to prepare?
Submit Online
Get these ready before you start:
- Download BOOM App (for online submission^) on your smartphone (iOS or Android)
- Access to your E-mail account (to verify the online application and for future correspondence)
- Supporting Documents:
- Your valid official ID (Acceptable Official ID)
- Bank Statement (in Hong Kong)
^ Online submission is available for individual account application only
Submit by Mail
Get these ready before you start:
- Printer (to print the completed online application form)
- Access to your E-mail account (to verify the online application and for future correspondence)
Fill in your application online. When done, print and sign on it.
Prepare supporting documents*:
- Copy of your valid official ID (Acceptable Official ID)
- Proof of Residential Address
- Personal Cheque (verify signature)
Return the signed application form and above documents to our office by mail.
* For joint account application, each applicant shall provide own set of supporting documents.
Other Points to Note:
We reserve the right to refuse any account application for whatever reason.
Personal data on an unsuccessful account applicant will normally be destroyed [six months] after rejection of the account application.
We do not currently accept customers from the following locations: Antigua and Barbuda, Armenia, Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cuba, Ecuador, Gambia, Haiti, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Madagascar, Morocco, Namibia, Nicaragua, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
